Manage company settings, view billing information, and more under Settings. Access this page by clicking the icon at the top-left corner of the screen and selecting
Settings.
Clicking "Settings" will redirect you to the Company Information tab. The active "Settings" tab will appear highlighted in yellow at the top of your screen.
To update your company information, click into the applicable text field(s) and update as required. Click "Update" to save your changes.
Select the Account Settings tab to update your personal information and password, and also switch between your main/admin and employee accounts (if applicable)
To change your name, email and/or phone number, click into the applicable text field(s) and update as required. Click "Update Information" to save your changes.
To change your password, click the "Update Password" button.
Enter your current and meet the new password requirements as described, then click "Submit".

Create accounts for admin users under the Users tab. Admin users can complete requirements on your dashboard and also manage employees.
To add a new admin user, click the "Add New User" button.
Fill out the form as required, then click "Save".
An email be sent to your new admin to set their login credentials.
Your administrator will appear on the list once successfully added. To remove them as an admin user, click the "Delete" action.
Upon signing up with Contractor Compliance you will be requested to select your type of work. Update this information by selecting the appropriate NAICS code and/or deleting previous entries.
Remove previously selected NAICS codes by clicking the red garbage can icon.
Click "ADD TYPE OF WORK" to find and select an appropriate NAICS code.
View your subscription details and update your payment information under the Billing Information tab.
To change your plan, select the desired plan and click "Confirm Charge" in the confirmation window.
To update your credit card, click into the "Card number", "MM/YY" and "CVC" fields, and fill out as required. Click the "Update Payment Information" button to save your changes.
View your invoices at the bottom of the page. Click "Print" to view the PDF file.
Add/edit hiring organizations on your Dashboard by going to the Hiring Organization tab.

How to Add a Hiring Organization
To add a hiring organization, click the "Add Hiring Organization" button.
Enter the hiring organization name in the search field, then click "Search".
Hiring organizations that match the name in the search field will appear on the list below. Click "Select" next to your hiring organization.
If applicable, select the facilities that apply to your company in the dropdown, then click "Save".
Your hiring organization will appear on the list once successfully added, and their requirements will be available on your Home under Pending Requirements.
If you received an email from Contractor Compliance requesting you to add another hiring organization, head to the Hiring Organization Invites tab and click the "Accept" button.
Your new hiring organization will appear on the list under the "Hiring Organizations" tab once successfully added, and their requirements will be available on your Dashboard under Pending Requirements.
How to Remove a Hiring Organization
To remove hiring organization, click the icon next to the hiring organization name, then click "Delete" in the Delete Confirmation window.
Please note that deleting a hiring organization will result in your company being removed from their active contractor list. Any completed requirements/prequalification will no longer be visible to your hiring organization/customer.
