Click on the Contractors Profile.
Click on the Employees Profile.
Click on the Settings gear at the top of the page.
Select the Tag from the list.
Once you have selected all of the Tags you'd like to add click on 'Add Tag'.
To delete Tags click on the trash can next to the Tag name.
