Log into your account and select 'Facilities' from the menu.
Select the Facility from the list and click on the pencil on the right side to edit the information.
On the Facility page enter the following information:
Type : Physical
Admin : From the drop down select the Contractor Compliance user that will be capable of messaging all checked-in Contractors
Name : This is the name of the Facility that will be displayed to Contractor and the Hiring Organization
Description : If wanted, you can enter a description for the Facility.
Display on Registration : Check this box so that the Facility is displayed on the Registration page for Contractors to select.
Address : The address of the facility. Coordinates can also be used.
Radius : The radius in kms or miles in which Contractors can check-into your facility and out of which Contractors would receive a notification to check-out.
Once you have entered all of your information click on 'Save Facility'.
