Once the account owner for your organization adds you to the roster you will receive an email to create your account.
In the email, click on the link to activate your account and create your password.
When you set your password follow the guidelines below:
- Password must by at least 8-12 characters long.
- Password must not be on a list of compromised passwords.
- If your password is found in a list of compromised passwords it will be reject and you will see the following error message ‘The given password has appeared in a data leak. Please choose a different password.'.
Enter your email, password and confirm your password. Once you have entered the information click on 'Reset'.
Once your password has been set, you will be logged into your account. Review the Terms and Conditions and click on 'I Accept'.
Once you have accepted the Terms and Conditions you can proceed to complete the pending requirements. For information on how to complete various types of requirements click here to select the type of Requirement and how to complete it.
