If you have invited an Employee but they have not received an Invite you can click on ‘Employees’ on the left-hand side of the page.
From the main Employees page scroll down and click on ‘Invites’. On this page you will be able to see all pending Employee invites as well as the information associated with those invites.
Ensure that the invite was sent to the right email, if so, invites can be resent once every 7 days by clicking on the arrows under the ‘Actions’ section.
If the invite was sent to the wrong email follow the steps to add the employee again.
Invites can be deleted by clicking on the red garbage can icon under the ‘Actions’ section. Unaccepted invites will automatically be deleted every 60 days (on the date of expiry displayed for that invite).
If an Employee registers their account with the email on the invite, this invite will automatically be removed from the Invites list. Employees may register accounts under a different email than the invite was sent to, those invites will not be removed from the Invites list unless manually deleted or on the date of expiry.
Note: If you have invited an employee and they have set their password but they have not logged in and accepted the Terms & Conditions they will not show on your list of list of employees nor on the invited list.
