Click on 'Requirements' on the left hand side of the page.
Click on 'Settings' under 'Requirements' on the left hand side of the page.
To create a Corporate requirement simply follow the steps below. To create an Employee Requirement first click on 'Employees' at the top of the page and then follow the steps below.
Click on 'Add New Requirement'.
Enter the Details.
First, enter the Requirement Name.
Select the Requirement Type;
- Upload - Requirement where the Contractor or Contractor Employee needs to upload the document you are requesting.
- Upload Date - Requirement where the Contractor or Contractor Employee needs to upload the document you are requesting and the expiry date associated with that document.
- Review - Requirement where the Contractor or Contractor Employee needs to review a file or video and Acknowledge that they have understood and agree with the contents.
- Test - Create a Test that Contractor or Contractor Employees need to complete and pass with a grade of your choosing. Click on the link for information on how to create a test Requirement.
- Form - A digital form for the Contractors or Contractor Employees to complete through the platform. Click on the link for information on how to create a digital form.
Enter your Requirement Description. Use the various options for formatting of your text to add bold or italic text, bullet points, quotes and/or links.
Determine if you need to attach anything to your requirement in the Attachments section. You may attach a file or a link to the Requirement. Simply select the radio button next to type of attachment you'd like and click on the line next to the type of attachment to. For the file upload you will be able to select a file from your computer. If it's a URL paste the link on the line next to URL radio button.
Determine the Duration of the Warning and Renewal periods.
For the Warning period, select the interval in Days, Weeks or Month and enter the number in the Warning Period.
The the Renewal period select the interval in Days, Weeks or Month and enter the number in the Renewal Period.
Click on the 'Advanced' section to further customize the Requirement set up.
In the top section you can determine the following:
- Whether to Allow Exclusion Requests - Exclusion requests allow Contractors or Contractor Employees to to ask to be excluded from completing a specific Requirement. By default the system will allow contractors to request an exclusion.
- Determine whether the Requirement is Internal Only, to be completed by the Hiring Organization or if it should be completed by the Contractor or Contractor Employee.
- Turn on or off the Auto Approve set up for a specific Requirement. If a Requirement is being automatically approved once completed by the Contractor or Contractor Employee it will automatically be set to a 'Completed' status. If it is not being automatically approved it will be added to the Pending Approvals queue to be reviewed by the Hiring Organization.
- Determine whether the Requirement should count towards overall compliance or not by checking the box next to Count for Compliance. By default the system will count Requirements towards compliance.
Select the Positions that this requirement should be assigned to. If no Positions have been created yet the Requirement can be assigned to Positions at a later date. Click on the link for information on how to create Positions.
To add the Requirement to a Position, select it from the list and click the > to move it from the Available to the Selected section. If the Requirement should be assigned to all Positions simply click on the >> to move them from the Available to the Selected section.
Select the Departments that this requirement should be assigned to. If no Departments have been created yet the Requirement can be assigned to Departments at a later date. Click on the link for information on how to create Departments.
To add the Requirement to a Department, select it from the list and click the > to move it from the Available to the Selected section. If the Requirement should be assigned to all Departments simply click on the >> to move them from the Available to the Selected section.
