Find the Requirement you are looking to Decline.
Click on 'History' next to the Requirement name.
Click on 'Submission' next to the Submission you'd like to Decline.
Click on 'Decline'.
Enter a Rejection Message and click on 'Submit'.
Note: The message entered will be emailed to the Contractor.
Submission History will be updated to show the Adjudication information and Rejection Note detailed.
