Click on 'Settings' in the left hand navigation.
Click on 'Users'.
Click on 'Add New User'
Enter the users information and click on 'Save':
- First Name
- Last Name
- Select the Access Level

Full Access (Power Users; can configure and approve requirements; example: H&S Manager)

Approver (can approve requirements; example: Facility Manager)

Uploader (can upload documents on behalf of contractors but cannot approve requirements; example: Facility Supervisor)

Read Only (can search for a contractor and assess compliance levels; example: Gate Keeper)

- Select the Facility (Facilities) the user needs access to
- Select a Department (if applicable)
In order to view details for an existing user click on the eye.
In order to edit an existing user click on the pencil next to their name.
In order to archive a user click on the red box with an arrow.
To view and action any open invites click on 'Invites'.
In order to view the profile click on the eye.
In order to resend invites to users click on the button with arrows, invites can be resent every 7 days.
In order to remove an invite click on the trash can.
