Click on ‘Employees’ on the left-hand side of the page.
Click on the ‘Add New Employee’ button.
Enter the Employees information; First Name, Last Name and Email are required fields. If applicable, you may enter the Phone Number as well.
Select the Hiring Organization the Employee will be performing work for from the list. Click on ‘Continue’.
Select the Facility (Facilities) where the Employee will be performing work and click on the single arrow > to move it (them) from the Available to Selected column. If the Employee will be performing work at all the facilities, select the double arrow >> to move all Facilities from the Available to the Selected columns.
Click on ‘Next’.
If applicable, select the Position(s) applicable to the Employee and click on the single arrow > to move it (them) from the Available to Selected column. If all Positions are applicable to the employee, select the double arrow >> to move all Positions from the Available to the Selected columns.
Click on ‘Next’.
If no Position(s) need to be manually added simply click on ‘Next’.
Review your selections and click on ‘Save’. If any changes are required, click on ‘Back’ and make the necessary changes.
To view all pending invites, go to the main Employees page and click on ‘Invites’. On this page you will be able to see all pending Employee invites as well as the information associated with those invites.
Invites can be resent once every 7 days by clicking on the arrows under the ‘Actions’ section.
Invites can be deleted by clicking on the red garbage can icon under the ‘Actions’ section. Unaccepted invites will automatically be deleted every 60 days (on the date of expiry displayed for that invite).
If an Employee registers their account with the email on the invite, this invite will automatically be removed from the Invites list. Employees may register accounts under a different email than the invite was sent to, those invites will not be removed from the Invites list unless manually deleted or on the date of expiry.
Note: If you have invited an employee and they have set their password but they have not logged in and accepted the Terms & Conditions they will not show on your list of list of employees nor on the invited list.
