Click on ‘Employees’ on the left-hand side of the page.
On the Employees page you will be able to view a list of all Employees that are already a part of the platform as well as any invites that have been sent. You will also be able to edit an employee’s profile, view their Compliance Percentage and how many pending Requirements or Requirements in warning they have. You will also be able to view their Dashboard and complete any ‘Upload’ Requirements on their behalf.
While navigating the Employees page you can filter by Hiring Organization by selecting the appropriate Hiring Organization from the drop down. Once selected, the page will automatically update to display employees that are associated with that specific Hiring Organization.
Search the list of employees by typing the name in the search bar and clicking on ‘Search’ or hitting ‘Enter’ on your keyboard.
Click on the eye icon next to an employee’s name to view an employee’s Dashboard as they would see it.
From this page you can see the employee’s Dashboard and complete any ‘Upload’ Requirements on their behalf.
Click on pencil icon to edit an employee’s profile.
To Delete an Employee select the 'Archive' button next to the Employees Name.
