How to add a Facility
Facilities are a way to classify your Contractors. Whether you use your Facilities are physical locations or virtual classifications.
To add a Facility, select the Facilities menu on the left hand side of the page.
Complete the details of your Facility by following the steps below:
- Select whether your Facility is 'Physical' or 'Virtual'.
- If applicable, select the admin for that Facility. A facility admin will receive any notifications associated with that Facility.
- Enter the name of the Facility as will be displayed to Contractors and internal users.
- Enter the description of that Facility.
- Select whether you want the Facility to be displayed on the registration page when Contractors create their account by selecting 'Display on Registration' if applicable.
- If you are creating a physical Facility enter the address associated with that Facility. Address will be used for location specific services.
Once completed, click 'Save Facility'.
